Curious about events at the Leeland Room? Unclear about our services or the vendors we work with? We’re here to help. Below you’ll find some frequently asked questions we receive from many of our clients. We’ve tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, but please get in touch if you still can’t find what you’re looking for. One of our staff members will be sure to help you out!

What is included with the rental?

  • Interior tables and chairs for 65 people. 65 is our max occupancy which includes both indoor and outdoor use.

  • Commercial-grade kitchen: stove, double oven, warming drawer, and refrigerator

  • AV equipment: We have a user-friendly sound system that streams commercial-free music. Or there is a Bluetooth option. In addition, our 75-inch TV is HDMI-compatible for your projection needs. There is no cable.

  • Wrap-around front porch and front lawn (weather permitting)

  • Outdoor furniture (weather permitting)

Do you provide in-house catering?

We do no not provide in-house catering, but we proudly work with the top professionals in the industry. Click here to view our suggested caterers. We have worked with these teams extensively and they share our commitment to excellence. These are only suggestions, not required. You may use any caterer or provide your own food.

 

Note: We do not provide serveware, linens, etc.

Is there on-site parking?

There are 14 on-site spots for guest use.

In consideration of our neighbors, we require that any overflow utilize lots located at the sites below.
